네바다게임규제이사회는 카지노허가 신청자를 철저하게 조사해서 네바다게임위원회에 보고하면,

 네바다게임위원회는 카지노허가의 최종 승인 및 거부, 네바다게임법 규정의 제정 및 수정의 책임을 진다. 

만약 카지노허가를 취득한 자가 카지노규제법을 위반한 경우, 

네바다게임이사회는 기소권을 행사하고 

네바다게임위원회는 사법권을 행사한다. 

2006년 현재 네바다게임규제이사회는 

산하에 조사·법인증권·감사·집행·세금과허가·관리 등 6개 전문부서에 450명의 관리가 카지노규제 업무를 보고 있다. 

전문 인재풀의 활약은 카지노규제기관의 전문성 및 중요성을 

잘 드러내고 있다하겠다
